Diana started her career journey 19 years ago as a KG and primary teacher. She progressed to a head of department, teacher trainer, vice principal, and most recently, an education consultant based in Lebanon with Education Development Trust. Diana has had the opportunity to work across the MENA region, where she has worked in formal education, non-formal education, and in refugee contexts. She is passionate about motivating educators to teach the minds and touch the hearts of children through consulting, training and coaching in educational pedagogy and leadership.

بدأت ديانا رحلتها المهنية منذ 19 عامًا كمعلمة في مرحلة الرياض والابتدائي. تقدمت إلى رئيس قسم، مدربة، نائبة للمدير، ومؤخرا تعمل كمستشارة تعليمية مقرها في لبنان مع مركز تطوير التعليم.  خلال مسيرتها المهنية، أتيحت لها الفرصة للعمل في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ولبنان و بعض دول الخليج والشرق الأوسط، حيث عملت في التعليم الرسمي والتعليم غير الرسمي وفي سياق اللاجئين. وهي تطمح دائما لتحفيز التربويين لتعليم العقول ولمس قلوب طلابهم من خلال ورش العمل التدريبية والاستشارية في المجال التربوي/التعليمي والاداري/القيادي
