The challenge a lot of schools face is how to provide a broad and relevant choice to students who enter their final two years of school based education.
In this workshop we will investigate the International Baccalaureate’s Diploma and Career-related programmes and how schools can implement both programmes to provide for a diverse student body, building on contextual relevance.

At the end of this session participants willbe able to:
- Understand both programmes and their component parts.
- Dual implementation models.
- Pathways and recognition
