This session will help leaders develop a better understanding of the approaches to teaching and learning in the IB Diploma Programme allowing them to become intentional about its implementation in their schools. At the end of this session partcipants will be able:  1. To provide an introduction to ATL skills in the DP.  2. To align the IB Standards and Practices to the approaches to teaching and learning.  3. To help leaders identify what  is needed to continually shape and improve the learning experience for DP students and their teachers.
