EF is the use of self-directed actions in choosing goals and working towards those goals over time. In short, it is how we do what we decide to do. Classroom curricula is so often focused on content that we often forget to teach students the how of learning. In this presentation, teachers will experience examples of lessons plans involving EF.

By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand what is executive function (EF).
- Understand how EF is relevant to learning.
- Have knowledge on how the role of EF in learning can be shared with students.
