This workshop focuses on the importance of developing an internal and ongoing professional development cycle by empowering talented educators within the department and experimenting with best practices. Participants will leave the session having designed a new self-sustaining and low cost professional development cycle by independently understanding the theory, discussing the strategies and reflecting on the implementation and impact on students.
