Playact Early Years to success!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Drama in the Early Years classroom isn’t new but how does the theory underpin the practice and how can you get real, practical example activities ready to apply tomorrow?

In this workshop, come and see how adopting a practical drama-based approach creates an environment for English learning which is both fun and feasible – unlock the potential of your learners with drama and see their progress in engagement, confidence and development. Witness their “Agile minds…Turning tides”!

By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Better understand that using play props to encourage taking on roles is essential in Early Years teaching.
- Take away ideas and activities to encourage Early Years drama in the context of MENA.
- Leave with a desire to find the inner Early Years learner in themselves, ready to adopt and try out approaches and techniques introduced in this session.
